1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a smaller town, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible!
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your shipment.
3. Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,500.
- For orders below ₹1,500, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.
- Shipping fees and any applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Generally, deliveries will take 5-7 business days from the day the order is processed, depending on your location.
- Metro Cities: Orders to metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, etc., will generally be delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Other Regions: Orders to smaller towns and rural areas may take up to 7-10 business days.
5. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or by contacting our customer service team.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier service will attempt a re-delivery or notify you for pickup at a nearby center. In case of multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, or strikes.
- Technical issues with the courier service.
- Delivery to remote areas.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund, as per your preference.
